Rhizobium rhizogenes K84 was used as the outgroup organism. The sequences of O. intermedium strains ADV1, ADV101 and LMG18956 that represented the major CC in O. intermedium were also included. Asterisks indicate common nodes in Maximum-Likelihood and Neighbor-Joining trees.
