IFN-λs were produced from different subsets of dendritic cells (DCs) when stimulated with different TLR agonists. BDCA-3⁺ or BDCA-4⁺DCs was negatively or positively selected using peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from healthy volunteers (n = 5).
