HeLa cells were treated with adriamycin (Adr), etoposide (Eto), and hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) at various concentrations for 24 h. Cells were then collected at the end of the treatment. Both cytoplasmic and chromatin-bound fractions of cell lysates, as well as total cell lysates, were obtained. Equal amounts of the lysates were blotted for phospho-PTEN(T366/S370), total PTEN, PARP-1, and/or actin.
