(A) HEK293T cells were transfected with plasmids expressing GST-PTEN or individual deletion fragments, as indicated, for 24 h. Cells were then treated 1 mM H₂O₂ for 24 h. Cytoplasmic and chromatin-bound proteins were obtained at the end of treatment. Equal amounts of lysates from both fractions were blotted with the anti-GST antibody.
