(A) HeLa cells were treated with specific inhibitors for CK1 (CK1i), CK2 (CK2i), or GSK3β (GSKi) for 30 min, and then either left untreated or treated with H2O2 for 24 h. Cells were then lysed and chromatin-bound proteins were extracted. Equal amounts of cell lysates were blotted for phospho-PTEN(T366/S370), phospho-PTEN(S380), total PTEN, and actin.
