(A) Individual subsets of immune cells were identified in the spleens of EmGFP reporter transgenic (Tg+) and transgene negative (Tg-) littermate controls. The gating strategy for each subset is described in Supplemental Table 1. Data is presented graphically as the MFI of EmGFP/IL-15 in each subset of immune cells (mean ± SEM). Representative histograms depicting relative levels of EmGFP/IL-15 expression in each population are shown in B-F. Data is representative of at least 3 experiments.
