The EF1α promoter is shown as a control. 3C assays were performed on 3T3-L1 cells at 0 or at 6 h post-differentiation in the presence of complete differentiation cocktail or in serum-containing media containing only the indicated component. Interaction frequencies were quantified as described in the legends for Figures 1–2. Results indicate the average of three independent experiments +/− standard deviation.
