(B) The deconvoluted spectrum of knob half-antibody shows a more complicated glycosylation profile, dissimilar from hole shown in (A) and from a regular antibody. (C) The knob antibody was treated with neuraminidase to assess for the presence of sialic acid. The treated antibody shows a reduced complexity that is similar to the hole shown in (A).
