Caspase activity in untreated control Jurkat cells and Jurkat cells treated with the ZER-NLC at 24, 48, and 72 hours(h). The results show statistically significant (P<0.05) differences in caspase-3 and caspase-9 activity between untreated and treated cells, but no statistically significant (P>0.05) activity for caspase-8.
