Plasma Dkk-1 levels were significantly greater in LN patients compared with those in healthy individuals (1056.3±648.0vs. 714.2±374.9, respectively, p<0.01 (A). Plasma Dkk-1 levels negatively correlated with anti-dsDNA antibody concentrations (p<0.05, B) and positively correlated with serum C3 concentrations (p<0.01, C). mRNA expression of Dkk-1 had a strong positive correlation with β-catenin (p<0.05, D).
