This ORF was reported in the WSSV China isolate (GenBank accession number AF332093), but it was not predicted to be an ORF in the WSSV TW genome (GenBank accession number AF440570).

Three P. monodon cellular protein genes not listed in the above Table include the pmCBP (chitin-binding protein [54]), pmRACK1 (receptor for activated C kinase-1, GenBank accession number EF569136), and pmRab7 (GenBank accession number DQ231062) which had been reported related to WSSV infection are also included in the yeast two-hybrid prey library and were assayed in the present study.
