The mice were treated with saline or CsA from 1 week before the HI to 4 weeks (CsA-4w) or 10 weeks (CsA-10w) after the HI. The liver samples were collected from the mice (n≥3) at the indicated time points. The T cell markers, antiviral cytokines, and cytotoxic molecules were analyzed by real-time RT-PCR and are shown as the mean expression levels relative to 105 β-actin mRNA copies. (A) Dynamic changes in the intrahepatic expression of the T cell-related molecules in the saline-treated mice.
