Nine days after subcutaneous inoculation of human prostate cancer cells (PC-3M-Luc C6) into mice (hereinafter referred to as day 1), tumors were treated twice with 50 µg siRNA/atelocollagen complex twice (day 1 and 3). After the treatment tumor volume was measured at day 9, 12, and 15. Number of animals was 4 in each group
