Table 3. Degenerate HPV PCR on MP-RCA samples.

Forty-eight clinical samples went through MP-RCA reaction. These samples were HPV genotyped by liquid bead microarray assay (LBMA) assay ³⁷. Either pooled RCA reactions (every three samples, samples 1–33) or individual RCA reactions were used for subsequent degenerate PCR reactions: PGMY/GP5+/6+, FAP, CP and BS systems. HPV types detected by each PCR system were listed.
