GUS activities within Arabidopsis plants transformed with promoter:GUS fusions for AtGT11, AtGT12, AtGT13, AtGT14, and AtGT15. Two to three-week-old seedlings, 2-week-old roots, and 5-week-old inflorescences were stained and photographed. Insets in the inflorescence panels show flowers and anthers at higher magnifications, and the inset in the AtGT14 seedling panel shows a plantlet at the cotyledon stage.
