EOC cells were treated with vehicle or paclitaxel plus AO-I (100 μmol/L) or paclitaxel plus LPS (1 μg/ml) for 72 hours. Relative number of viable cells was assayed using MTT. IC50 values were measured as a curvilinear regression equation for each survival curve. Data represent mean values ± S.D. from three independent experiments.
