Panel B graphs the genetic association with life-course-persistent asthma among the subset of cohort members who onset with asthma by age 13 years (n=187; RR=1.20 [1.05–1.38]). Error bars reflect 95% confidence intervals for point estimates. The genetic risk score is the count of risk alleles standardized to have mean=0 and standard deviation=1.
