ICR mice infected with 2×107 PyL iRBCs were classified as early deceased (ED) mice or surviving (S) mice. Pooled sera from 4-5 mice in each group collected on days 3 and 7 pi were subjected to the RayBio Mouse Cytokine Array C2 and the density of dots on a membrane for each cytokine was measured and normalized to those obtained using positive Ab array controls.
