ApoA-IV represses Glc-6-Pase and glucose production through NR1D1. Primary mouse hepatocytes were transfected with siRNA against mouse NR1D1 (siNr1d1) or control siRNA (siCon) for 48 h and then treated with or without 20 μg/ml r-m-apoA-IV for 6 h or overnight as described in Fig. 3.
