The rankpep prediction program (http://bio.dfci.harvard.edu/RANKPEP) was used to identify the top 5 potential peptides likely to be displayed to helper T cells by MHC Class II I-Ad and I-Ed molecules in BALB/c mice and their distribution among the polypeptide immunogens was tabulated.
