A) The 4 × 30 mm Silk is constrained in a 2.5 mm silicone tube; despite the presence of a 6 mm landing zone, there is a 20% stenosis of the extremity of the device (as compared to tube diameter). B) The 4 × 30 mm Silk is constrained in a 3.5 mm silicone tube with a 3 mm length landing zone, demonstrating a 40% eccentric stenosis.
