Proliferation of adoptively transferred peptide-specific OT1 cells in vivo following peptide-pulsed DC vaccination. CFSE-labelled OT1 cells were adoptively transferred into mice prior to peptide-pulsed autologous or semi-allogeneic DC vaccination. Draining lymph nodes (LN) and spleens were harvested after 48 h and OT1 cell proliferation analysed by dilution of CFSE fluorescence. The CFSE labelled OT1 cells are in the top right-hand quadrants of the analysis plots; the figure represents the percentage of labelled OT1 cells which have divided.
