Two largely nonoverlapping pathways (Ig translocations vs multiple trisomies) are primary events associated with dysregulated cyclin D expression. The most common secondary genetic events associated with tumor progression are shown, including early and late dysregulation of MYC and late-inactivating mutations of p53.
