SuSa and GCT27 cells were exposed to RA for 4 days or equitoxic concentrations of cDDP for 2 days. RNA was collected 4 days after initiation of treatment and the mRNA level of NANOG, POU5F1 and fibronectin was quantified by qRT-PCR.
