(A) Ad-tPSMA-IRES-m4-1BBL-transduced DCs induced lower IκB-α, but enhanced phosphorylation of P38 and Bcl-xL expression, with on change in total expression of P38. (B) Ad-tPSMA-IRES-m4-1BBL-transduced DCs induced higher expression of NF-κB p65 in nuclear of CTLs.
