P values according to T-test and Mann–Whitney test.

FCHL: Familial combined hyperlipidemia, BMI: body mass index, HbA1c: glicated haemoglobin, HOMA: homeostasis model assessment, LDL-c: low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-c: high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, VLDL-c: very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, NEFA: non-esterified fatty acids, ApoB: apolipoprotein B, CRP: C-reactive protein, 25(OH)D: 25-hydroxyvitamin D.

Vitamin D deficiency = 25(OH)D ≤ 80 nmol/L.
