The mice were not contaminated with MRSA and received PBS served as controls (group I). The medullary cavities of tibiae in mice were contaminated with MRSA and different doses of anisomycin (15.0 mg/kg, group III and 5.0 mg/kg, group IV) were followed. The animals that received phosphate- buffered saline (PBS) were served as group II.
