shRNA Knockdown of Endogenous ERdj5 Does Not Affect General ER Folding or Secretion
(A and B) V5-tagged QSOX-1B was transiently transfected into HT1080 cells treated with scrambled shRNA (A) or ERdj5-specific shRNA (B). After 24 hr, cells were pulse labeled for 30 min and chased as indicated. Radiolabelled QSOX was immunoisolated from the cell lysate and medium with the V5 antibody and analyzed under reducing SDS-PAGE.
