Leaves of transgenic (T2-3 and T2-4) and wild type Arabidopsis were infiltrated with DEX (20 μM) for 72 h; T2 stands for 2nd generation whereas the number 3 and 4 are two independent lines. Treated leaves were used for observing cell death morphology and confirmation of enhanced expression of PBZ1. (A) Cell death symptom on leaves as senescence.
