Fig. 3 — A, In three healthy subjects with positive Candin responses, antibody blocking with anti-dectin-1 antibody was demonstrated suggesting the role of dectin-1 in the signaling pathway resulting in IL-12 production by LCs. B, In three other healthy subjects with positive Candin responses, no blocking with anti-dectin-1 antibody was observed suggesting that dectin-1 does not have a role in IL-12 secretion in these individuals. The values are IL-12p40 fold increase over untreated ± SD.
