Plasma levels of sCD14 (A) and D-dimer (B) decreased significantly at week 12 after r-hIL-7 compared to baseline (D0) after a transient and not statistically significant increase at day 21 or 28 after the first injection. Day 0 was the day of the first r-hIL-7 injection. Significant associations were seen between the changes in plasma sCD14 and the changes in CD4+ T-cells in colonic mucosa as measured by flow cytometry (C) and with the CD3+ changes observed by IHC (D).
