(A) TOC1::LUC luminescence in WT plants entrained under LD cycles and subsequently released to constant light (LL) conditions. Luminescence was examined in the presence of 12 mM, 5 mM or 2.5 mM of NAM. As control, plants were treated only with the solvent. (B) CCA1::LUC luminescence in WT plants entrained under LD cycles and subsequently released to constant light (LL) conditions. Luminescence was examined in the presence of 100 μM, 50 μM or 25 μM of MB-3. As control, plants were treated only with the solvent. The arrow indicates the circadian time of inhibitor administration.
