Expression of Importin-βs in mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) was assessed by QPCR and the changes are presented as a fold change relative to their expression levels in mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) used as controls. Importin-βs mRNA levels were normalized to GAPDH levels. Significance was assessed and compared with the levels in the control using unpaired Student's t test (*p < 0.05; **p < 0.01).
