Importin-β mRNA expression levels of mESCs differentiate into germ layer progenitors in vitro. (C,D) Expression of Importin-βs in RA- or CHIR99021-treated mESCs was assessed by QPCR and is presented as a fold change relative to their expression levels in non-treated mESCs used as controls. Importin-βs mRNA levels were normalized to GAPDH levels. Significance was assessed and compared with the control using unpaired Student's t test (*p < 0.05; **p < 0.01).
