Fig. 1 — p62 binds to NEMO. HEK293 cells were treated with TNFα (10 ng/ml) for the indicated time periods. Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-NEMO antibody or an isotype matched antibody (Ig) and analyzed by immunoblot probed with anti-p62. Membranes were also exposed to anti-NEMO antibody to monitor for efficiency of immunoprecipitation; different exposures for immunoprecipitated NEMO are shown.
