Mean values of bacterial viability within the same column followed by different superscript letters differ significantly from control when compared by least significant difference (LSD) comparison using one way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the significance level of 5%. C, EC, EGCG, ECG and EGC are standard flavanols.
