Growth of V. vulnificus under oxidative stress. The V. vulnificus strains were compared for their ability to grow on LBS plates supplemented without oxidants (LBS) or with 250 μM H2O2 or 60 μM t-BOOH. Serial 10-fold dilutions of each culture were spotted on the plates, and plates were photographed after 16 h of growth.
