Cells were harvested for in vitro luciferase assay at 1-h intervals through 8 h p.i. (B) For the indicated viruses, BHK-21 cells were infected with dilutions of either stock (open bars) or P10 viruses (solid bars) and the luminescence derived from 100 BHK PFU was measured at 8 h p.i. The limit of detection of the assay was between 1 and10 RLU/μg of protein. Error bars indicate standard deviations.
