Dexamethasone and cyclophosphamide immunosuppress Syrian hamsters without toxicity. Groups of 3 hamsters were treated with dexamethasone and cyclophosphamide, alone or in combination, according to the schedule outlined in Table 1. Whole blood collected was tested for WBC (A), lymphocytes (B), neutrophils (C), ALT (D), AST (E), and ALP (F).
