Silencing NbCPI attenuates LeEix2 internalization in response to Eix. N. benthamiana NbCPI-silenced and control plants were transiently transformed with a combination of Pro_35S:LeEix2-GFP and Pro_35S:FYVE-DsRed (as indicated).
