Induction of interferon (IFN)-γ and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α production in murine NK cells by KLH in vitro. Murine NK cells enriched by negative selection were incubated for 24 h with or without 25 μg/ml of KLH or 5 U/ml of interleukin (IL)-2. The levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in cultured supernatants were measured by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
