High fructose diet induces increases in blood pressure and sympathetic vasomotor activity in rats. The systemic arterial pressure (SAP, A) and power density of low frequency (LF, B) component of the SAP signals, our experimental index of the sympathetic vasomotor activity, measured in week 12 in animals subjected to the normal diet (ND) or high fructose diet (HFD).
