Cortical T2-hyperintense lesion suggestive of cortical dysplasia in a 19-year-old woman with NF-2. Transverse fast fluid-attenuated inversion-recovery (FLAIR) sequence (a) and transverse T2-weighted fast spin-echo sequence (b) demonstrate a hyperintense lesion in the right anterior frontal cortex which is wedge-shaped.
