Isoquercitrin decreases the mRNA expression levels of SREBP-1 and FAS in H4IIE cells. Cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of isoquercitrin for 12 h. The mRNA expression levels of SREBP-1 (A) and FAS (B) were assessed by quantitative real-time PCR.
