Differential secretions by MB49 and MB49-I cells

1. Antibody Microarray analysis of protein secretions by MB49 or MB49-I cells in vitro, as compared to non-conditioned medium (medium). Proteins that were detected above the background level of medium are shown. Bars represent mean ± SEM of duplicate samples from one experiment.

2. Decorin, Osteopontin, MIP1-γ, MCP-1 and KC were quantified by ELISA in 48 h-conditioned medium of MB49 and MB49-I. (n.d.: not detected). One representative experiment out of 2 is shown.
