Western blot analysis of Aurora-A protein
Aurora-A protein was over expressed at the protein level in diabetic skin tissue as determined by western blot analysis. The human malignant melanoma cell line G361 served as a positive control for Aurora-A expression. The same membrane was reprobed with anti-β-actin as a loading control.
