Relative intensity of Aurora-A expression

The median of the normal skin tissue samples was 0.01 (range, 0.00-0.03), and the median of the diabetic skin tissue was 0.85 (range, 0.78-0.90). The expression of Aurora kinase A (Aurora-A) in the diabetic skin tissue was higher than in the normal tissues, and the difference was statistically significant (Mann-Whitney U test, P<0.05).
