Cell cycle analysis of MV4:11 and primary lymphoblast cells isolated from ALL patient after treatment with wild-type EcA and variants. MV4:11 cells (A) and primary lymphoblasts from ALL patients (B) were cultured in complete medium for 24 h and then treated with 0.8 units/ml EcA and variants for 96 h. The cells were stained with PI and analyzed by flow cytometry. Untreated (control) cells were taken as negative control. Each experiment was performed three times.
