Inhibition of IL-1β stimulation of NF-κβ transcription by A46. HEK293T cells were transfected with the indicated amounts of plasmids. After 40 h of incubation, the cells were stimulated with 0.32 ng/ml of IL-1β and incubated for a further 6 h. NF-κβ reporter gene activity was then measured.
