Indicated: DDS surfaces (top surface and bottom surface). The single camera pixel data - interferograms, were obtained for the corresponding points on the layers. Using the method outlined in Figure 1 we determined the refractive index (n = 1.47 ± 0.02), the average thickness (44.0 μm) of the structure, and the average height of the disbond (5.7 μm). The Sq in the indicated area is 0.30 μm. Right: (b) The imaged structure.
